Cleaning and reset.

The Arch House is carefully cleaned and reset between reservations so each guest arrives to a fresh, photo-ready space. High-touch surfaces are refreshed, floors and bathrooms are cleaned as needed, and designated shooting areas are checked and reset between bookings.

Guests are responsible for removing personal belongings, food, trash, packaging and production materials before departure. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Arrival, parking and access.

The property is accessed by a long private driveway that slopes downward toward the house. Guests should drive slowly when entering and exiting the property. Parking is available in designated areas near the home. Larger crews or bookings involving multiple vehicles should provide vehicle information in advance so arrival and parking can be coordinated.

The exact address, access details and final arrival instructions are sent to confirmed guests before their reservation. Before you arrive we will ask for the estimated guest and crew count, the number of vehicles, any large equipment or installations, food preparation needs, whether pets or animals are involved, whether the shoot is indoor, outdoor or both, and whether it is photography, video or both.
