Photography & Content — $150/hour
For portraits, family sessions, maternity, couples, headshots, personal branding, realtor content and small-scale social media shoots.

Photographer Mini-Session Blocks — $175/hour
2-hour minimum Reserve a block of time to photograph multiple clients throughout your booking. Ideal for seasonal minis, family portraits and themed photography days.

Commercial & Production — $200/hour
For brand campaigns, commercial photography, video productions, apparel and product shoots, and food and beverage content.

Hours
Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Requests outside these hours may be submitted and are accommodated based on availability.

Reservation time
Reservations begin and end at the times shown on the booking. Guests should reserve enough time for setup, shooting and cleanup. Extensions may be requested if the schedule allows, but are not guaranteed.

Overtime
Time extending beyond the confirmed reservation is subject to availability and additional charges.

Cleaning
The house is cleaned and reset between reservations. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use may result in an additional cleaning fee.
