Beyond the traditional studio.
The Arch House is a private residence as well as a creative space. It was thoughtfully designed from the ground up: arched doorways and an arched front entry, steel-framed windows that run nearly floor to ceiling, oak beams and oak cabinetry, marble and brass in the kitchen, a library wall with a rolling ladder and a covered porch that opens onto the lawn. The palette is ivory, oak and warm neutrals throughout, so the house photographs cleanly in every room.
Because it is a home, it carries what a studio cannot: real rooms, real light and real furniture, lived in and cared for. Because it is private, the approved indoor and outdoor spaces are yours for the reservation. Move from a bright kitchen campaign to portraits in the library, lifestyle content in the primary suite and outdoor imagery, all within one booking.

Every setting below is included with a reservation. Reservations provide access to designated shooting areas throughout the property; private or closed areas of the residence are not included.
Inside
The grounds.
Outdoor options include the front architecture and arched entry, landscaped grounds, covered outdoor areas, lawn, seating areas and other exterior settings. The property is accessed by a long private driveway that slopes downward toward the house, and parking is in designated areas near the home.

Reservations begin and end at the times shown on the booking. Guests should reserve enough time for setup, shooting and cleanup. Extensions may be requested if the schedule allows, but are not guaranteed.

The spaces

Furniture + decor
Existing furniture and decor in approved shooting spaces may be used. Furniture may only be moved carefully with approval and must be returned to its original location.

The kitchen
Yes, for approved bookings. Food preparation areas must be cleaned and returned to their original condition after use.

A reset house
The Arch House is carefully cleaned and reset between reservations so each guest arrives to a fresh, photo-ready space.

Hours
Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Earlier starts, evening sessions or other alternate times may be requested; extended-hour requests are considered based on availability and must be approved in advance.

Overtime
Time extending beyond the confirmed reservation is subject to availability and additional charges.
